  • The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assesses intercultural competence and is used across a range of industries to engage individuals, groups, and organizations in understanding their approach to cultural differences. It is a widely used and effective cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence. The process involves individuals completing a 50 question assessment, and then an individual coaching session with a qualified administrator. Participants recieve a customized Intercultural Profile Report, and an Intercultural Development Plan. Group and team processes are also available.
